      • Secant statute

      SECANT members are individuals or legal entities participating in projects developed by Secant. Participation is based on secant members act of their own volition and its endorsement by other members, regarding to the statute and ethical Secant guidelines .

      SECANT members must demonstrate and commit to understanding and acceptance of Secant security governance concepts, risk management and organizational resilience. Also, they must prove and approve Secant concepts in its areas of expertise.

      SECANT members must prove at least:
      • Solid knowledge recognition in the field of expertise, gained through education, training and / or experience; education background in the field of expertise and specialization in the last five years;
      • Timeliness of its knowledge, including participation in projects supported by recent field of expertise;
      • Knowledge of operation and business processes / activities of state institutions with responsibilities in the field of expertise, and local governments, the relevant economic sectors, professional associations and foundations working in the area of expertise.
      • Knowledge of project management consulting, and projects in the field of expertise;
      • Knowledge of information management, including management of information security and protection of classified information;
      • Knowledge of risk management;
      • Knowledge of the business environment and main service leading specialists in the field of expertise.
